1. Interview Initial Selection
Human Resources debriefing about the company, possible career path/ s inside Edge Innovation, meet the candidate and draw some important conclusions that will influence the decision of the recruitment, including motivational and behavioral informations.
2. Technical Validation
Technical skills assessment: technical tests, with the help of internal specialists.
3. Interview with Project Manager / Area Manager
Interview with the Project Manager and / or the Area Manager. This step allows Edge to get to know the candidate better on both hard and soft skills, as well as give the candidate all the project’s details.
